The windows of her studio on West Jackson looked out over the rooftops of warehouses and industrial buildings. In this series, Cole incorporated elements from these views into collages with a Gold Rhinoceros as the central figure.
Each image, approximately 5″ x 5,” is done in carbon and mixed media on 16″ x 14″ rag paper.
