Woman is a collection of 193 drawings of women, primarily their faces, that Cole drew in 2003. Using carbon, pastel, ink, charcoal, color pencil, and mixed media, Cole focused on capturing women of varying ages, poses, and expressions on each 6″ x 4″ page in a journal containing rag paper in different colors.
